Temptation Poem by Evy Moore

Temptation

Rating: 5.0

Alone in the darkness my true fate lies
Where evil rules and hatred never dies
The trick he uses is sweet temptation
But the price to pay is eternal damnation
He gave me the venom and gave me the knife
And he told me to end my once wretched life

Get thee behind me Satan...and push.... You certainly have a way with words, this one is dark and moody. Seems to be a common theme here. Dee
