Spencer Shakespeare

Spencer Shakespeare Poems

every night i look at the stars,
every night i look at the moon,
every night i look up and think of you.
as the cars drove by,
...

The sun
brightens your
shadows of
dismay.
...

on
the leaves
your remaining
drops of tears fall
...

ten feet below the ground,
as you look around,
i look up and see
that there's someone there for me.

Spencer Shakespeare Biography

I should have no reason to have a biography if I am not even close to being 30. but I will.Ish... Just so you know (which i bet you already do...hopefully) Spencer Shakespeare is NOT my real name. I find it un-necessary that you know my true name. Plus where's the fun in knowing someones real name...that you dont even know. I know biographies are about you and not what you'll be doing in the next week or two but there's nothing really intreting that has happened...yet. My teacher is making us write poetry. Thanks to Mary Oliver, I actually know alot of stuff about poetry. Metrical poems, ballads (which I should be writing one right know, but I'm not) blank verse, yada yada yada. So, I should get a good grade...or not. In a week or two we'll be having a poetry slam. YAY! !)

The Best Poem Of Spencer Shakespeare

By Your Side

every night i look at the stars,
every night i look at the moon,
every night i look up and think of you.
as the cars drove by,
as june flew by,
my point of view changed,
as i no longer sat next to you.
every night i look at the stars,
every night i look at the moon,
every night i look up and think of you.
Death drew near, yet, I had no fear
as the days got shorter
and i got older
i knew that my time has arrived
yet- i had no fear.
every night i look around and see the stars,
every night i look around and see the moon.
evert night i look by me
to see You.
