Well, I was told...It was happening to others. I felt sure, because I took the time to have a copywrite that mine were safe. Yesterday, i had 268 poems on here, today 260. Two of my best, The Cats In The Cradle (De Ja Vue) and Music-The song, both copywritten and in my book about to be published have been either removed or stolen.
I was told two months ago that an investigation into who might be doing this was in process...and that it was a federal offence...and it is.
Do believe they have at least one lead on one gentleman, on this site...and i am sure that before all is said and done, that all will be caught. I can only hope that for all of you who have your beautiful work on here, that it stays safe. The fact that mine are all copywritten will give me greater power in the courts, frankly speaking, when it comes time to prosecute. So unless, you are just here to write for the fun of it, or unless you have a copywrite, i would watch it. I will post no more until all of my poems are either returned to me, or until prosecution of this case happens., and the thieves are taken care of with due process of the law!
