The Spring Equinox is a fair mother.
She doesn’t favor one or the other.
She doesn’t love the dark night…
Anymore than the bright sunlight

Days of weakness and pain
no longer tax and strain…
Your journey is ended
Your soul has ascended
...

If you were asked how yellow compares
You would have to say it is a favorite
More delightful when it comes in pairs

Millions of people enjoy spectator sports
Basketball, baseball, football and all sorts
The players are admired for their abilities
Teamwork is polished, increasing possibilities

Breathe the joy of summer for one more day
Bask in the shade of accommodating trees
Smell the sweet fragrance of lilies and roses
Watch, as golden nectar is gathered by bees

The delightful notes from its gilded throat
