if you are perfect
By what set
of rules are you

Delicate magnolia petals
are bursting forth
Clusters of hyacinth stars
fill mini-towers
...

Created from dust…
sparked by luminescence
Everything is connected
and pulled taut
...

Toast to a glorious dawn upon the horizon...
with a long stemmed glass filled to the brim
with the ambrosia of life… inviting a new day;
rousing inspiration and wonder from within
...

Early in the morning, as night is ended
A gifted bird is singing in the distance
His name is a mystery…his song is splendid
He summons Spring…he is persistent
...

Each day reminds me of you
as the warm rays of sun embrace
bringing a smile to my tear stained face…

I am absorbed into memorable hues;
glowing radiant colors that express
a loving warmth and the breath of life...
A sensation that makes me feel blessed

In the middle
of a swirling spectrum
