Timothy Quevedo Poems

I know of you,
And you know of me,
Whispering this isn't true,
When I care of only being free,
...

Born in hatred,
Conceived in considerence,
His burned walls bled red,
Scars from the bitterness,
...

She fell once today,
A broken grin chafed around her face,
You fail to know her heart breaks,
Hidden within her thoughts lay demise,
...

Days resume and nights go by,
The sun won't rise again,
If I was blessed with lines,
Why is the dark my only friend? ,
...

If I broke my spine,
And shattered my own hands,
I will no longer be a boy,
But a bitter man,
...

Do you remember when we bore in flesh? ,
You were the queen of eyes and skin,
I was just a lonely boy in flesh,
Drowning in your perfumes
...

I was a monster kissing cold mirrors,
Drowning in cold sweat and living in crystals,
The night was dead and the night was clear,
So I turned rags into riches, knives into pistols,
...

I Know Of You

I know of you,
And you know of me,
Whispering this isn't true,
When I care of only being free,
I think of you,
And you think of me,
So complex and irrelevant,
A heart mold for the night,
The moon lit with nor a crescent,
But by candlelight,
The sun shine but no blaze,
Not for eyes to see,
When blinded pupils fail to graze,
We feel as if we were the sea,
I dream of you,
And you dream of me,
The waves of a thousand words follow through,
When all I did was think of leave,
You planted your heart in the sand,
Mine bears within the dirt,
They're both sunken upon the land,
But mine is deeper in the earth,
I no longer breathe for you,
And you seek no longer for me,
Mornings arise and days resume,
No longer blinded, I long to see
Final thought of love,
Through this curious mind,
I've believe theres not enough,
But I think once upon time,
I know of you,
You know of me.
