Big sister waiting in the only chair, crying.
At me she keeps on eyeing.
Dad is still in the corner, sighing.
I have no strength left for shying.
...

She's so beautiful,
She's so thin,
She's so perfect,
She's the most beautiful thing in the world.
...

I love the rain,
For it hides my tears.
I love the thunder,
For it hides my screams.
...

Tortured eyes,
Made of stone.
Time flies,
Make me known!
...

Close my eyes,
Wish it was over.
Don't look now,
Don't look yet,
...

One day, i was alone,
Walking down an empty street,
Just for the heck of it,
And i wondered...
...

We walked by,
Every single day.
There she would be,
Leanin' 'gainst that wall.
...

8.

'You don't feel our pain,
We don't know your gain,
I know I'm going insane,
Its a shame....
...

I reach my hand over,
To try and find the edge,
Theres nothing there.
Nothing to hold onto,

Tsai TheTruthSeeker Biography

I have been home schooled for about two years, i have one brother who is older than me, and two parents who love me very much. I have lots of pets and some very good friends. I love writing, especially poetry. I tend to write sad poetry for that is when i feel most like writing. For me, poetry is like a page of a diary for people to see. I have been writing for only about a year, but am loving it more and more. I wish to become a writer, something that my mother always wished to become but instead became a wife and mother. She is such an inspiration to me. As are lots of accomplished writers. I am writing my first novel now, and wish to have it finished by my eighteenth birthday. It would be a dream to one day have my work published but that is far off. One of my favorite poets is Shel Silverstein, because he has such wisdom. His poems speak to me about more than their words. In each poem i find something that helps me in every day of my life. I love feedback on my poems, so please, don't worry about being harsh, i need all the constructive criticism anyone grants my the pleasure of having. Thank you! ^_^)

As I Lay, Dieing...

Big sister waiting in the only chair, crying.
At me she keeps on eyeing.
Dad is still in the corner, sighing.
I have no strength left for shying.

Mom's no longer defying.
Please, everyone, stop trying.
The nurses are done supplying.
Everyone has stopped their lying.
My friends are away, vying.

Still, on my deathbed, I'm lying.
Everyone has stopped denying,
That we're all waiting on me dieing.
My little brother by the door, spying.
The doctors still in the hall, implying.
And still I lay on my deathbed, dieing.

I feel now as though I'm flying.
This is what I've always been wishing.
Please, everyone, stop your kissing.
I know what you all will soon be missing.
I am not dismissing.
No longer am I reminiscing.
A bowl of life you are not dishing.

Grandfather... I can see you fishing.
Please, say you're still around...
For I will soon be under the ground.
My feet have finally hit the sand,
I can now see I have hit land.
This place I'm at, its so grand.
I feel it on mine, your hand.
I know I will now be alright.

Nothing left to fight.
Up in the sky I see a peaceful kite.
Here I know never will there be night.
Always there will be some sort of light.
Please, don't worry...
I am no longer in a hurry.
Here on the grass there is always dew.
Please, don't you look so blue...
Don't you know now I will forever love you?
