val, if i did not know this was yours, i would swear it must be a famous work of Shakespeare. It really is a beautiful poem with a romantic tone difficult to duplicate. Well done. Dick

A naturally gifted and versatile poet; there is natural flow in whatever she writes. Every visit to her poetic pages is enlightening, satisfying and learning experience. Her poems have a transcendent quality and are quite often spell binding. As a poet she stands tall- head and shoulders above most others.
I wish more and more enrichment of her poetic vision.

Valerie Dohren...the visit to her poetry page is always wonderful...she composes poems by a meticulous hand of an artist...the decorum, symmetry, regularity and rhythm -all is there blended with natural passion...she plays with rhythmical effects...i can feel a discipline in her balanced beats...Dreamscape is my favorite poem...i wish her a fertile mind and happy life!

Oh I forgot to say.... it is not about being just a great poet.... It is about being human, and that we know you are.

Keep up the great writing Valerie you deserve to be right where you are. yes it gets juggled around but we know where you belong and you deserve it!

Ms Valerie Dohren became the most popular poet in this forum on the 31st of October,2012 and deservingly got her position. This poetic forum sometimes leaves us painfully spellbound when we now and then come across mediocre poets who are projected as very popular as the only condition being maximum number of hits from various IP numbers...It is thus a forum where every Tom, Dick and Harry may also find some position...

But Valerie`s is a different case. Whether she continues to be on the top ever or not which is is to be decided by the ' VISITS', she is one of the most talented and gifted poets over here from whom persons like me learn a lot about the right blends, diction and poetic devices..
Keeping in view the innings Valerie is making I hope her to be more and more important to us as a poet whom we appreciate and read with keen interest.
I wish Ms Valerie Dohrn a long lasting position in this forum.

Yellow roses, or it is orange? hahaha well what i am sure that is a rare in life, as i found you are rare talent to fuming words and idea in poem hunter. Your words can be so healing and natural just like a yellow rose. Interest make your poem turn so alive as if like there is no thorn living around of your stalk and leaves.
