Music sleeps.....
In my un strummed chords
I wait for the touch of skillful hands
To turn it into flowing melody

The night stood
veiled like a nun
Leaving aside the unfinished works
she curled into bed, tired
...

I am a Bunyan tree, full of magic and grace
Nestling in the slopping ridge of a valley
From a tiny seed dropped by a bird, I grew
Into immeasurable size with a verdant crown
...

I have a garden where roses and orchids bloom
Petunias, begonias and flaming euphorbia blush
Where Jasmines perfume the air and chrysanthemums flourish
They adorn my courtyard adding to Nature's pristine grace
...

Dark clouds loomed over the horizon
They broke loose in unprecedented force
Nature's wrath, sudden violence acquired
It rained down as if unleashing all her fury
...

a storm rages outside
sky, overcast with clouds
fearful sounds echo through
the mountain crannies
...

Winter, winter, how I feel your icy touch
The earth is under your freezing clutch
I hear the roar of gales from far
The sky is overcast without a single star
...

I see the Earth and its happy brood
And everything around in a sunny mood
But in my cage sits a single bird
So lonely without a companion of her own breed
...

Through a narrow tributary flowing down
Flanked by rustling reeds on either side
The small boat made its lonesome way
Carrying two souls from all distractions
...

Today is the beautiful New Year day
With the clear blue sky above
A gentle breeze playing on every leaf
And every heart throbbing with love
