Beyond Clear Water
Crisp, spring air pierced upon my face,
And melting snow fell from the surrounding, hanging branches.
This woods was a remarkable, unforgettable place
And fragment of my life. Sunlight reflected through my glasses;
It was broken. My cousin ran ahead of me with grace
And crackling, crunching twigs snapped below with crashes.
Shared secrets of worries and woes were poured out of us: from where?
Maybe it was our souls.
