Biography of Andrew M. Haley

I was born #8 in a family of 11 children. My father was a Nazarene minister and mom was very busy raising ll kids. I worked the family farm until I graduated from High School and one week later I joined the USNavy. To my dad's surprise I left the next day for boot camp. I spent 20 years in the Navy attaining the rate of Aviation Storekeeper Chief Petty Officer (E-7) and ended up writing exams for all the persons within my rating. I worked for Reynolds Aluminum, Safeco Insurance Co and Manager of Majestic Liquor Store #5 in Fort Worth, Texas. I ended up working at Glacier National Park as the Headquarters Janitor until I blew out both of my rotator cuffs and ended up being medically disabled and retired by the park survice. I spend my spare time picking wild seed for a Wild Seed Foundation in the summer and am able to also take photos of my surroundings while I am at work (I consider it play) . I live with my three cats and small dog in the Heart of the Rockies with abundant wild life and spectacular scenery.
