Surrendering

The water ran cold over her body,
a second ago she had the cold steel bridge under her feet.
She had the cool night breeze surronding her body and callign to her.
She took a leap of faith and took a step.
The weeds below her now twisted around her, tying her up and pullign her below.
She stopped fighting, she stopped struggling and tryign to surrender.
She surrendered to what lies beneath.

Build Me

Build me up again because I am broken.
Give me an iron heart, a steel mind and a metal body.
Build me an armor for my tender body.
Now we can love each other and stop to feel.
You say you want to feel the real me,
then open your heart and stop to see.
You tell me that you want to undo the damage,
you want to lose the anger but my love, you will never win.
Savour it and taste how delicious my tears now taste.
