It is a humorous conversational poem taking place between as patient and a Doctor by Jane Austen, the English novelist

First beckford and newnham both are illusioned name acording to old English, secondly the poem indicates a great mixture of pun and anticlimax. its very humor when so called doctor requestions the patient for possible remedy instead of himself giving solutions.
