Woven together by life, yet hidden from plain view
Laughing, crying, and growing brings emotion to reality
Ever wavering and sometimes too close to you
A friendship undisclosed for the sake of morality

Forever bound by the memories of yesterday
Painful bliss in the evening light of the moon
Tears of loss for those we love, I pray
Bring them back from the confusion of life too soon

Uneasy butterflies that used to carry glee
