Comments about Daniel Boone
While now you pilot a halcyon sea,
your work done for now at least.
You left your boys to carry on,
armed with a spirit full and strong.
Neatly bundled like a charm on a chain
conveniently their for the smiles and pain.
What price for a hug, than the clutch of a charm.
A whisper of words, a sign, some fun,
a small reminder on how things should be done.
With nautical matters you have not the time,
but navigate me through this life and on to the next.
That I may see you again and confirm I was blessed.
