Empty fields, deserted concrete

A Short Tale
Six months after the entire escapade
I swore to forget, to forget
remembering you, ever knowing you.
I did, I really did until
that fateful day, I saw you
walk into the store and I reminisced
the past, how you walked out of my
life, how much it hurt.
No, it didn't. No, not at all.
