David Bisacca Poems
I saw her standing in the hallway today Her long hair streaked with gray A glowing smile and eyes that sparkle It was just as I imagined it
Faded so slow but still i noticed Out for so long as a dark empty closet That light - that spark That twinkle in your eye
My Little Dog
My little dog is no longer here And with that i shed a tear.. If my little dog was still here With that i would shed a tear..
Found her abandoned and all alone Had to pick her up and take her home Plan was to take her to the pound at the start But invisibly she worked her way into my heart
Big eyes big heart The best part Big paws big teeth Always so sweet
We Had Won
We had won We had beat the world We knew what we had We knew what was real
Think it would be profound The difference in the sound First morning walk alone Without that cowbell tone
My Little Dog
My little dog is no longer here
And with that i shed a tear..
If my little dog was still here
With that i would shed a tear..
Strongly i hide the anguish and the fear
But alone with god i shed a tear..
With him beside my little dog right there
I know my little dog will never shed a tear
