In The Window Pane

Hey there staring at me
Through the other side of this window pane
Why do you an I look the same
Mary Jane is my name

Why does it seem
On the other side of this window pane
Everything, it looks the same
Is this a reflection, I see

When we have laughter, what matters-
Everyone can be the same
As long as we're happy- Laughing
Kids like to make up fun games

A reflection can be
A new friend and so much more
A way to pass the time away
Pretending, happy are we

Can you listen? (Listen)
The grownups staring, they see
All of them ...

After Living

When the light fades above the growing grass
Into the still, of silence
After a heart has stopped in days long passed
Shall all life- return to darkness

Will a memory call us home
Or is the light forever gone
Darkness, takes an only thought
To where our souls belong
