Weren’t they women, who brought forth kids many,
And went through labour pains to give them birth,
And nursed and reared them all with love truly,
When almost earning their heaven on earth?

O heart of blood within the human chest –
A little tube when formed at first in womb!
From fetal state, you seem to beat sans rest;
You freely work until man enters tomb.
...

No form of government vouches for the poor;
All love to lie and cheat and steal from all;
They like to stay corrupt, blunder and err;
Their own upliftment is their clarion call!
...

God does not dwell atop just mountains, hills,
Nor in far-off foreign places alone;
God doesn’t prefer statues of stones but wills
His devotees all, sinless heart to own!
...

I thought the crow would come back with more friends;
To my surprise, it didn’t return at all;
The rotten fruits turned feast for worm-fiends;
For days on end, that crow never did call!
...

The land that once was famous for worship
Has few villages, houses and inmates,
Now steeped in misery and great hardship,
As rain and flood-waters slowly abates!

Industriousness
Non-violence
Diligence
Indomitable
...

Exalted clayey Homo sapiens – man,
Procreator of human race on earth!
Ensouled by God to live as per His plan,
You lucky being, God foresaw your birth.
...

Christ Jesus with his disciples had gone
With mother Mary to a marriage feast,
As per the gospel written by Saint John;
His mother noted that the wine had ceased!
