Biography of Elise Rocheleau

I feel as though my poetry speaks from a differnt point of view. I have been told that my poetry is very dark and sinister but i see it as, '...The world isnt a pretty place, there is severe poverty and a downward spiral of dreams beening crushed my manipulative people. I do enjoy bright and funny poems...im just not able to write them. My life has been filled with pain and hurt. Though this could have made me bitter, I open my heart and allow people in. Not all of my life is about depressing poetry, I am a distinguished artist. I recently did a paint that was featured in a gallery for a breast cancer society exibit. Humans are my specialty. I dont like to animals or landscapes because you cannot truely see emotion in a tree... it can give you and emotion but it cannot percive and emotion like the eyes of a human can. Ask me anything you want and i will answer truthfully...just message me!

Fallen Stars....

This is dedicated to all the children and adults who deal with divorce and the seperation of a loved one. This is how i felt, hopefully someone else connects with it....

Stars fall from the heavens,
Granting us one chance,
to fix what is lost,
or what has been erased.
As days pass on to years,
right under our noses,
We miss the intent of our journey.
