My name is Liz and I'm pretty much a down to earth girl. I love God and I love my family. I live in California. I moved here from FL in Nov.2006 and I moved to FL from Hawaii in March 2006 after being there for 5 years! so yeah! I love to write poetry and I'm still trying to gather more of my poems! America, Land of the Free', We know the phrase like the back of our hands We say it pridefully with our flag flying high, As we sing to the tune with the marching bands

I'm running out of words to say Running out of things to do I don't know how else I am suppose to show How much I really do care for you

My ex-boyfriend, now friend, wrote this for me some time ago when I was going through a very bad breakup! I'm writing this poem in reply To all the tears you have to cry

You gave your life for all mankind, You never hesitated to lay it all down No other love had been so complete, No other love has been os profound

Why do you feel you have to do this? Why do you feel you can play with me? What did I ever do to you? That could make you treat me so badly?

There’s this guy that I love And I don’t know if he knows But my heart yearns for him In the long winter cold
