Donuts in the morning
Donuts in the evening
Donuts at suppertime
Be my awful sugar

That little bitty kid
With the arrow nocked tight
Does far too much damage.

October is pregnant with November owls, smells of holidays
Wreathing round tables, windows.
No stairs.
