I note one of the comments listed here states
there are nearly 25,000 poets on this site.

I am indeed fortunate to have found you, though
a friend of mine. She was true to the mark
when she advised me I would spend a good
deal of time reading you most fabulous work.

I shall pass your link on to a few dear friends

Frank, there a few that can coin a phrase like you.
If one looks up 'wordsmith' in the dictionary
    they will find your picture.

I am truly impressed by you body of work.

  • Terry Allencourt (6/16/2009 3:25:00 PM)

As of today PoemHunter shows 310,931 poems.
To be sure, yours are many of the best ever!

They also list nearly 25,000 poets, surely you
must be considered in the top 5% of such people.

    You writing is outstanding.

  • Geraldine Grandie (6/12/2009 10:28:00 PM)

Frank, in your case the ratings scale should
exceed '10' because you certainly deserve it!

If you were not married I'm sure the ladies would
be lined up at your door!

Size counts-and your the bigest and best poet
I have read in quite some time!

  • Ezra Harrison (6/12/2009 10:02:00 PM)

I am happy to pass along your poems and remain
convinced that others will love them as I do.

I have placed many of your poems

on my 'must read' poem list.

You are a very talented man.

I'm new here on PoemHunter. I have had the
good fortune of landing here, where I have
    found some really great poetry!

I read a great deal and you are definately one of
the finest poets I have ever read.

I am not very good at being a sycophant, your words of course are exceptional, and you have a lot in cents of humor, to bad I canny give a few pounds of yours away...I am sure your reserve would still be full..wink, wink...enjoy more days than you already have..

Frank: You are both loved and respected here. You should not let two very narrow minded (supposed) poets chase you from this site, no matter how bad or mean their comments. Just remember that jealousy always rears it's ugly head by selfish mean people who wish they had one tenth the poetic genius contained in your one lone, pinky finger. People of this sort are always trying to rain on some one's parade. They only live to spoil all that is good and just. You don't need to consume their vile poisonous infections inside your soul.We should all learn to ignore their communistic type ramblings! You only make them happy if you leave.Make them unhappy and stay.Show them that their words don't mean anything valid. You'll devalue their ideals and ideas. You'll rise above their lowness in life. You'll always be better than them and thusly reveal their cowardness to all, by staying and standing your ground.Bury them beneath your feet, where they properly belong. That's the name of that song! May God only bless the good poets-MJG. (The good, they are not, those low-life two) .

' Emeralds And Black Diamonds...

Lie down lass, with me, in sage green meadows
Your blouse flouncing open, in the teasing breeze
The meadows, feel so cotton, this time of year
Come lay beside me, and sense my desires.

Open field, honeysuckle....arouses my yen
For passion 'neath th' sparkle by th' mid-noon sun
No clouds abide our scape of choice to pleasure
So, again I ask you lass, come lay beside me.

Come close, love, as these hungry emerald eyes
Beg to stare into your warm, black diamond eyes
Take my hand in bond, I assure you, my lov',
That emeralds and diamonds never fade ...

Woman And Time...

Woman on a corner,
'Neath looming storm clouds,
Stands stoically gracefull,
Arms cossed and waiting,
For her Wall Street suitor
Who should have been there -
Twelve minutes ago;
Anxiety rears,
