Her

Her body was a temple,
Her body was a mine
For boys to break through
To the gold inside

Her body was a beauty
Her body was surreal
Many boys would poke
And reach out to feel

Her body wasn't hers
Her body belonged to him,
For him to write
And correct like a hymn

Her body was ugly
Her body was fat
For him to shape
Till her stomach was flat

Her body was perfect
Her body was thin
Boys would keep her
If she kept carving her skin

Her body was horrible
Her body must be hidden
For boys would take it
And reduce it to a midden
