Wet ground
You got to believe
And live
In condition...
With bond and affiliation
Spring shall have new birth
With no dearth
Of lovely flowers
After showers
Winter has set in
With new message of spring
All plants shall have new look
To be taken on fresh book
See the full blow
Of winter and snow
the cold winds may show
Yet plants may grow
It is beautiful environment
And smooth movement
Of clouds that shall set
And make ground so wet

Inspirational Message To Pentasi B Poetry Africa
Ghana 2016
By Elda Dilo
.
Africa is a great continent with a great history and great traditions. We have never before seen heroes such as Nelson Mandela.
Africa teaches us to observe good faith and justice towards all nations. Cultivate peace and harmony with all. To survive in peace and harmony. So Africa teaches us to be happy because happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony. Happiness is not a matter of intensity but a balance of order, rhythm and harmony.
Africa teaches us not lose faith in humanity. Mother Teresa said : “We know only too well that what we are is nothing more than a drop in the ocean, but if the drop where not there, the ocean would be missing something”.
Poetry is the voice of Love. “Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words” as Robert Frost said.
The poetry is the music of the soul, and above all of great and feeling soul. I’m a mathematician and I’m very happy to be here because Mathematic is the music of reason and poetry is the mother tongue of the human race. The mathematician‘s patterns, like the painter’s or poet’s, must be beautiful like the colours or words and must fit together in harmonious way. Beauty is the first test and there is no permanent place in the world for ugly mathematics. No one can be mathematician without having poet in soul.
.
One of the most beautiful qualities of true friendship is to understand and to be understood .The greatest gift of life is friendship and now I have received it.
Our vision PENTASI B is the Vision of the Unity, Peace and Friendship of all races and nations.
It is a great honor and inspiration for me to be here, “where great minds, writers and artist meet, where beautiful souls and poetry become one and friendship overflow”.
.
Long live Africa!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR ELDA DILO
.
My name is Elda Dilo . I’m an Albanian Mathematician and writer, I was born in Durres a town of Albania. I studied Mathematic, I obtained an M.S. in Mathematics. I ‘m studying now for a Doctorate in Mathematics. I have written a lots of Article such as:
“Knot theory “
“Student distribution”
.
“Normal distributions”
.
A brief presentation about my book : “THE TRIP…. WHERE MUSIC MEETS PAINTING, MATHEMATICS AND PHILOSOPHY”
Music has always been an important part of my life. I have listened to and enjoyed different genres of music in different settings. Throughout my study of music, I learnt about European music theory and music history. Music has become one of my passions.
.
Mathematics is a discipline I have always found challenging and interesting. Mathematics is a beautiful complex subject involving far more than what we learn in school. The presence of mathematics is everywhere. I knew that mathematics has influenced music and so I decided to explore this connection.
.
When I started my research, I was shocked and amazed to discover how much information was available about the relationship between mathematics and music. And how much controversy and difference of opinion was involved in classifying some of these relationships.
.
I was fascinated further when I discovered the relationship between mathematics and music is steeped in history; I loved reading about its Ancient Greek origins. This connection was at least two thousand years old, and spans different cultures and civilizations. Studying music as a part of mathematics was once part of mathematics education. This made me think that it truly is an important relationship to study. I quickly discovered that the connection between mathematics and music is huge.
.
Standing in front of Mona Lisa in the museum of Louvre I understood how Leonardo da Vinci has applied the concepts of sacred geometry. And so I realized the connection between the visual arts and Mathematics. Studying Platoꞌs works I realized how Pythagoras view in Mathematics had been adapted by Plato. And I realized the relationship between Mathematics and Philosophy.

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE TO PENTASI B WORLD POETRY AFRICA GHANA 2016
By Paolo Di Mizio
.
Poetry is the most refined and powerful tool that man owns to understand the world.
Poetry reaches where reason, senses and science cannot reach.
A poet is a prophet. He is a visionary.
He sees a rainbow where other people see a dull sky.
For these reasons, a poet has a sacred role in human society
and should be regarded as a sage, a shaman and a saviour.
.
Any organization and initiative working to this end will be of extreme value.
And that is exactly what PENTASI B is doing all the time by uniting poets from all over
the world.
.
That is why I here express my utmost respect and best wishes for the organisers
and hosts and sponsors of our great event,
the PENTASI B WORLD AFRICA GHANA 2016.

The biography of Paolo Di Mizio
.
Paolo Di Mizio is a well-known Italian TV journalist and commentator. He has anchored one of the news casts of the main commercial TV station in Italy, Canale 5, for about twenty years. Dealing mostly with foreign affairs and politics, he has intensively travelled throughout Europe, the USA, North Africa and the Middle East. He is presently the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Italian on-line web site called Alganews.
.
As a writer, Paolo Di Mizio is a published author. His first novel, “Storia di Giuseppe e del suo amico Gesù” (Story of Joseph and his friend Jesus), was published in 2007 by Marsilio Editori, one of the leading publishing houses in Italy. It dealt with the agnostic point of view of a fictional character, named Joseph, who supposedly spent his childhood in Nazareth, Galilee, and , by being of the same age as Jesus, became his best friend. The book was soon sold out in Italy and reprinted. The novel is available in many public libraries across the world, including the US Congress Library.
.
At the beginning of 2016 a new book by Paolo Di Mizio is due to go to print. With the subtitle "Un diario in versi e prosa” (A Diary in Verse and Prose), the book will present about a hundred poems and 14 essays on poetry.

FIVE POEMS
.
1.
INNOCENCE
.
Although the sun’s round-trip
Had accomplished the same old circle
For millions of years,
Yet again
The end of innocence
Painfully
Took him by surprise
As if the sunset were new,
Unexpected.

INNOCENZA

Benché il giro del sole
Da milioni di anni
Si compia in eguale cerchio
Ancora una volta
La fine dell'innocenza
Dolorosamente
Lo sorprese
Come il tramonto fosse nuovo,
Inatteso.

COMING FROM ISLES OF HEAT
.
Coming from isles of heat
and roaring rain
you enter the cool
Mediterranean winter
like a burning charcoal
rolling on the floor of a cold house.
Your burning I will keep
preciously,
so that it will warm
my final season.

Vieni da isole di caldo
e di piogge rombanti.
Entri nel fresco inverno
del Mediterraneo

che rotola sul pavimento
della fredda casa.
Il tuo ardere coltiverò
Religiosamente
così ch'esso riscaldi
la mia finale stagione.

THERE WERE SIGNS
.
Now I realize
- there were signs.
But the reading
was erroneous.
.
The alphabet was uncertain
the Sibyl uttered obscure words
the oak resounded when shaken by the wind
the birds sprang in flocks
from the hills.
Therefore, there were signs.
.
Finally deciphered and opened
and as instructive as children’s phrases
now I can read them
- one by one
I can read them.
But alas, it’s too late.

C’ERANO SEGNI
.
Ora riconosco
che c’erano segni.
Ma la lettura
fu erronea.
L’alfabeto era incerto
la Sibilla parlò parole oscure
la quercia risonò scossa dal vento
gli uccelli in stormi
si lanciarono dalle colline.
E dunque, c’erano segni.
Finalmente decifrati e aperti
e istruttivi come frasi di un bambino,
ora li leggo:
ad uno ad uno
li leggo.
Ma troppo tardi.

We shall be heroes
And for no reason
We shall bend

Killed in the Warsaw ghetto
We shall be heroes

Slaughtered in Gaza.

saremo eroi

massacrati a Gaza.

UNDER A BLIND EYE
.
Under a blind eye
Poetry grows under a blind eye
Like a mushroom under a tree
From a blind eye
Poetry stems from a blind eye
Like a petal from a bud
She is half-blind
In her half darkness.
And yet she can see the last horizons of the Kingdom
She can see signs which are still significant
After the consumption of the last alphabet
And down there where your wide-open eyes
Cannot reach
She can see gardens full of fresh springing water
Where all things originated from
She can see the seas of a far away time
When we didn't know
The seas were subjugated by time
She can see with inexplicable light
Every sunny sky unrolling its sun
Among myriads of suns in the universe.
O you who ply cities
And seas
And space
With wide-open eyes,
And walk and sail and fly,
O you who reason with the one seeing eye
And boldly go forward with a fast pace,
Can you by any chance see more
Than the blind eye?
.

UNDER A BLIND EYE
.
Under a blind eye
La poesia cresce sotto un occhio cieco
Come un fungo ai piedi della pianta
From a blind eye
La poesia germoglia da un occhio cieco
Come un petalo dal bocciolo
Half blind
In half darkness
Essa è mezza cieca
Nella sua mezza oscurità
E però vede gli ultimi orizzonti del Regno
Vede i segni ancora significanti
Dopo la consunzione dell'ultimo alfabeto
E là dove i vostri occhi ben aperti
Non arrivano a scorgere
Essa vede i giardini freschi di sorgenti
Da cui ogni cosa si originò
Essa vede i mari del tempo lontano in cui non sapevamo
Che i mari fossero sottomessi al tempo
The seas of a far away time when we didn't know
That seas were subjugated by time
Essa vede con inspiegabile luce
Ogni cielo assolato che srotola il suo sole
Tra i mille soli dell'universo
O voi che con occhi ben aperti
solcate le città
E i mari
E lo spazio,
E camminate e navigate e volate,
O voi che ragionate con l'occhio vedente
E avanzate baldanzosi con passo veloce,
Vedete voi forse più
Dell'occhio cieco?
