my stomach gets knotted

silhouetted against
a blazing sky
a thinning horizon
absorbing the dirge

till then, the earth
was choked in
sweltering heat
from nowhere

earth connections, disintegrate
soul connections, reintegrate

the night beckons me
to dissolve myself in its
enveloping stillness...

i curl into my original posture
and in the curvature
the seeds i've sown

When an emotion
Can no longer remain
Within the boundaries
It takes the form
...

Against blazing sun
Amidst molten sands, do I
Stay put and fight

Once I thought
Lack of communication
From you to me
Ravaged my insides
