Biography of James Muia
Most of the poems I write are about my life. Sometimes I just have to write down what I feel and it comes out in a poem.
James Muia Poems
What can I say, I was wrong it seems, Family is the most important of things. Some days I feel weak, when I need to be strong, The aura of this place tells me I don’t belong.
This is a poem I wrote many years ago for Tracy Hillenbrand, who is and always will be one of my best friends. My first impression that one Saturday, Still infuses me like a perfume spray.
A World Apart
It's strange to feel so lost and bound, Nothing is left on the once hollow ground. I am in a new land now, frightened and alone, Where to go from here, its as if I've always known.
Screenplay Of Life
It’s days like these, I wish upon a star, To travel back in time to a distant land afar. The choices that I’ve made in my life, Haunt me like they would another mans wife.
The end is near I can already feel, Something that doesn’t seem so real. She’s on her way back to the east, To find herself I hope at least.
Love Is Not Blind
Pray tell me of this love you have for her...he said. Well sir, it is truly unlike any other. Many lonely nights were spent
The end is near I can already feel,
Something that doesn’t seem so real.
She’s on her way back to the east,
To find herself I hope at least.
I know my first love is gone forever,
And that I won’t see her again ever.
I hope she finds what she wants in life,
Driving towards her goal without strife.
We both changed since we moved to this place,
