It seems that everybody has
A power struggle, you see
An idea that they
Have to be the one in charge

How are you supposed to act
When there is a death in the family
Do you just stop and break down
Or do you keep on going

Oh, how we seem to forget about
How important our air is
And how we have to
Keep it clean

Sometimes it seems so funny
The price that you pay
You think of how it could have been
If you didn't do the things that you have done

Why don't we all
Just start trying to
Start working together
So, we can get something done
...

Sometimes you have to wonder
If the people around you
Even care about
The way your life is going
