The Art Of Death

Death by murder- death by chance
Death by secret night romance
Death by number- paint the lines
Death in color, or black and lie
Accidental- planned, prolonged
Death by always doing wrong
Death by self- a timeless art
Death by one last broken heart

Precious

Nothing hurts like it's supposed to.
I can't feel the way that you do.
I'm sorry that I'm not enough
To become the girl that you dreamt up.
Maybe if I left you here
The pain you felt would be less dear.
And I could go on in my vague existence
In a way that wouldn't suspend this silence.
But, Precious, I can’t stop this now.
