Jody L. Moody Poems
My Spirit Is Free
I am still here, Please do not mourn for me, I am still here, Though you cannot see.
A Baby Castle
I hope the baby castle you live in, Is just beautiful beyond your eye, Where you play with all your toys, That money can't afford to buy.
Christmas In Heaven
I hear a baby cry, At night when I sleep, Wakened in a panic state, Just to lay there and weep.
The grasp of understanding, Is far beyond my reach, The truth that burrows deep in my heart, Is far more than I can teach.
Let me tell you about a child, Who was granted a special life, A beautiful little princess, That relished a golden rife.
Baby Boy Of Mine
I cant seem to find the words, that could even begin to explain, all the sorrow grief and hurt, of your little life I failed to gain.
A Baby Castle
I hope the baby castle you live in,
Is just beautiful beyond your eye,
Where you play with all your toys,
That money can't afford to buy.
Today is your first birthday,
And I miss you so much down here,
I remember that first day,
I held you so close and near.
