Don't belittle the face mask to endanger your beloved
When the mask you wear on your chin feels enslaved
As advertising your face seems wise
Beloved lives you cut down to size

Sometimes I cry, sometimes I die
Sometimes I try, sometimes I sigh
Wondering why immense possibilities faded away
When wisdom dictated you and I give way

Fill for me a bowl of welcome
When you and I together come
To the place where our hearts meet
To love, to have each other and to fit

Give me compassion and passion
Give me a heart in love fashion
Where on creatures big and small I pour love
Whether love flows from my my heart or from above
