Biography of Julia Pickard
Julia (thats me!) loves her pets and doesn't write poems much because sometimes she just doesn't know what to write about. When she does write poems, she has to really like them or they go straight to the trash. Most of her poems are funny, and some of them she just feels an urge to write down...
Julia Pickard Poems
Words, words, words, galore Words and words and nothing more Everything we know is words Animals, nature, people, birds
A flash A thunderous crash Rain pounding on the ground I can hear it all around
The world can be a confusing place Especially at someone elses disgrace Now to you I behold What all stories previously told
Quarters, quarters, quarters, dimes I can't think of anything that rhymes All throughout the day I play And at night I just lay
Quarters, quarters, quarters, dimes
I can't think of anything that rhymes
All throughout the day I play
And at night I just lay
And try to think of rhymes to say
When I stop and think to rhyme
Nothing comes at that time
Have I been making rhymes
This whole time?
