Biography of Katy Tuten
I am a young woman who's been writing poetry since the 9th grade. I like to write poetry/prose, draw, paint, sing, play the guitar, and piano. I like to draw in Surrealism and Anime. I am planning on going to college to become a vocal major. I come to share my art with all of you. I hope you enjoy my work that I contribute here. If you have any other questions, just ask.

I sit apon a silent hill Facing reality to see if it's real All alone I sit and stay Whatching demons tempt their prey
The Elder's Cage
The pungent smell of afterlife haunts the air The crones fill the narrow hallways with clouded eyes
We live, we laugh But when we are hit with the staff We fall We fall into unknowing existance
Unanswered Questions 'Mother'
Why must you scream at me? What have I done to earn your wrath? MY name you screech as he Decieves you, he guides you down this narrow path
Escape, a one word lie. You can run if you try. No good.
I mourn to see your smile again To hear your laughter I cry for a new morrow
It Has No Name
Emptyness, a tear; Evaporating Before you can grasp it. 'Cause it never was
Beauty Of Sorrow
Beauty marks where Ugliness once was Happiness marks where once the stone cried The Ugliness of the stone has no cause but to lend a helping hand to Sorrow which has died.
Reality is unjust Unctuous deer mistrust The truth of Nothingness they cannot stand They are blind to free will, they will never have a hand.
A quick breath, don't look back. Jump.
Sweet colors fade as secrets are made. The night comes at last; The moon is cast.
Never satisfied; Inside I have died. Misconceptions brink all alone I think.
I walk alone in this still sleep, Haunting images cause the children to weep The cries and screams fill the room While this stiff bride kisses the moon
I walk alone in the watching night, As the moon casts down it's brilliant light Bright and shining are the stars Their glorious beauty outstanding by far
The Elder's Cage

Their blank expressions linger in this forbidding lair
They fade in and out of reality only to share these horrid lies
They mourn over memories their hearts still hold
