Wish to shine as bright as stars.
In broad daylight.
As they masquerade their shady ways.

To hold others at a higher standard.
Than those they hold themselves.
In a World where daggers are cloaked.

Easy it is,
To have messed up priorities.
With them confused and removed,

One's own greed,
Can backbite to have them bleed.

Good deeders chased away.
Are enticed to come back.
As apologies are extended.
Along with homemade welcome mats.

Complex and sometimes dangerous.
Like people can be.
When out of control.
From a lack of discipline.

Finally.
Your disbeliefs and denials are gone.
And you have moved on,
To a higher state of consciousness.

Found the time to show love.
With it known there is love.
Who would be left to say,

Politics have become tricks to play,
On people duped to dumped them displayed.

Can anyone run to escape from this.
