I'M Only Me
When I was a little girl, I wanted to be exactly like my role model. When I became a young teen I wanted to act like all my friends.
Buckle, bow, or pointy toe, Just make sure their white. Those are the ones I like. They look like a size eight, maybe a wide.
Call Me A Doctor
She grabs her clipboard and reads the charts With focus on the patient at heart. Walking into the rooms with a cheerful face With any new news about their health.
Cartoons, video games, swing sets, Leaving less time to play with pets. Messy rooms and such a gross smell. Little one trying to know what we spell.
Oh my, what is that chick wearing? Dang guys, could you all stop swearing? Does this teacher really expect me to pay attention? Might as well write me up for detention.
A Different World
The sun rises and falls again. Babies are born as quickly as elderly die. People do drugs and get high. Gas prices keep rising all over the world
I think about you all the time It’s amazing how you make my heart jump And when I talk, I get choked up. It’s still all a little hazy,
Off on your own paying the bills Different medications and so many pills. It’s hard to keep things straight Just try not to hesitate.

My Last Chance
Grouchy old lady who strived for attention Would do anything, fake anything Just to get us to notice. Crying wolf started to grow old on us all
