Biography of Maricris Morris
im not a poet, but everything i write came from my mind, my thoughts and my heart. they are thoughts i live by, they remind me of my feelings and what is reality. its all real and have been felt by me.
Maricris Morris Poems
A son lay his head on his mother's thighs, And slowly closing his eyes. She put her palm on his chest, Feeling his heartbeat and pulse.
The sound of your laughter, drifting harmony to the air Whisper to my ear,
abandoned soul with a beating heart, a mind that thinks with a deceased memory,
i don't want it to end, but i am afraid to continue, i don't want to expect but i am hoping. i want you to be happy, but i want you near me, i wanna let you go, but i don't want you to go.
You And Me
Even if the sun ceased on shining Even if the rainbow denies its existence Even if the thunder leaves its vehement utterance Even if the moon baffled against our darkest night
I gave you a choice You gave me courage I gave u air U made me not breathe
I had put my dreams in a box and put it away for a long time Thought everything I wanted to do was never coming back
You And Me
Even if the sun ceased on shining
Even if the rainbow denies its existence
Even if the thunder leaves its vehement utterance
Even if the moon baffled against our darkest night
Strong complex of emotion lingers still on us
Even if the flowers desist to bloom
Even if theses eyes lose its capacity for discerning
Even if the butterflies parted from its brightly colored wings
