Melissa Gray Poems
You let the mirror control you every time you gaze at its reflection, You look at the glass and see your imperfections,
Dear Mama, You always told me I was special,
You Never Cared
Did you ever realize that you left me hurt? Did you ever realize that you pushed me in the dirt?
Breathe into my soul, I'm giving you control,
Please don't leave me now, I'm sure we can work this out somehow,
It's the story everyone has read, The fairytale when two lovers wed,
I couldn't believe it when you said it was over, After everything we've been through,
I never understood what it's like to feel pain, I never understood why bad things happen,
All these natural fears, Seem so crystal clear,
You always told me I was special,
You made me believe in myself, even in my teenage years,
You still love me even though I can be a little devil,
