Biography of Michael Spring

Michael Spring lives in Oregon where he teaches martial arts and is a natural builder. He is also a poetry editor for The Pedestal Magazine. Michael Spring is the author of 2 books of poetry: blue crow (LitPot Press,2003) , and Mudsong (Pygmy Forest Press,2005) . His poems have appeared in The Atlanta Review, Dublin Quarterly, Midwest Quarterly, NEO, New Works Review, The Oregonian, and many others. A selection from Mudsong won The Robert Graves Award. He is currently working on a third book of poems and a novel.
