Patti's words flow like oxygen through the lungs and blood through the heart, bringing life, and the exhileration of living, to her grateful readers. The world is a bit better place thanks to her poetry.

So i randomly came across a poem you had commented on, what you said reminded me alot of something my dad would say so i decided to scope you out.
It probably doesn't mean much coming from a 17 year old but i really enjoyed reading your poetry!

You 'Last goodbye' poem reminded me of my mother.
    I was deeply moved.
    Beatiful work

You're a really great poet. I enjoy your poems very much. A nice addition to the PH community. I wish you every happiness and all the best.

P.S: Couldn't help myself from not saying THANK YOU for your bio summary. It helped with the login problem I get with PH. (and all this time I thought it was my lousy comp; P) .

The Heart Foretells

The heart foretells
The omens, of our sight:
Seasoned trouble hides
By clouds at night.

The graves a killer
Knows not a single name;
Shadows stealing lives
And trading blame.

The moon alone is brave,
Above the fray:
He highlights every eye
With dreams of day.

The Luck Of The Draw

Maybe you posed by the road
(In all the pictures I fantasized about,
The ones perhaps I never saw)
In a world full of stones and boulders
A world prone to forcing things together
Or apart; and stones degrading down to the finest particles,
There were none to be found, in imagination's picture.

A world apart now, standing alone
