Sportivity for everthing else too......Olympic spirits shouldn't play every four years in sports only, my friend. But for ever in EVERTHING (yea, sounds like the impossible dream) . But no harm in dreaming and trying...

    Cheers.

I did not see all of the Olympic opener, so I cannot appreciate all of your poem to the fullest. Not very sportive of me. I do like the ending:
one world, one dream / five interlocking rings / blue, black, yellow, red, green / America, Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe
This should appeal to everyone and is what the Olympics should be all about.

AHMAD, THE OPENING CEREMONIES WERE BEYOND BELIEF. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. ARE THEY THE SUPER-PEOPLE FROM OUTER SPACE? IT WAS SO EERIE AND MYSTICAL. THEIR PROFESSED CONSCIOUS CONNECTION TO NATURE/BEING IN THE PRESENT MAY EXPLAIN THEIR ABILITY TO PRODUCE MIND-BOGGLING PERFECTLY COORDINATED DISPLAYS. WOW AND DOUBLE WOW. THANK YOU FOR CAPTURING IT AND SHARING. CAROL HUGHES (RHODES) (Report)Reply
