#3 (Hatred) - Poem by Aldamayo Panjaitan

They've done me wrong things
They've done me evil things
from friends, they've become foes..
unworthy and undone..

hatred burns inside me..
hatred reels through my head..
hatred runs in my veins..

my conscience's finally broken
a thing that unshakeable
a thing that once so rigid
have been broken..
shattered like a fallen glass

it is consumed..

it is changed..

i am different..

i am myself..

the complete opposite
the other side

and i tried to escape
