A Beautiful Saturday Noon With Kira - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Sweet beautiful Kira I wish I was with you
for a beautiful and most likely lazy
Saturday noon just to sit and cozy up
together in each others arms.
A beautiful Saturday noon with Kira
the most beautiful woman who's ever lived,
a beautiful Saturday noon with the perfect woman
and blessing I adore in every way.

I'm soon taking everyone out for a simple lunch
and I wish you were here to join us my sweet one,
it's nothing special and nothing big
but to have you here and spending time
would be the most wonderful dream come true.
A beautiful Saturday noon with Kira so good
is everything in life I want and need
and to have days with the favorite members of my family
would be heaven supreme on this very Saturday.
Having my gorgeous lady with me is what
would push it over the edge to a magic way,
to have beautiful you at my side is what
would make it the perfect time.

A beautiful Saturday noon curled up with you
under my arm is what I want most while reading,
watching a movie or two, and watching
some college football with you.
Dream with me on this day of that beautiful
afternoon and feel all of my warmth as
it surrounds you in full and fills you with love,
feel me holding your hand and holding you close
to keep you cozy and feeling deep peace,
feel safe knowing that I will stand for you
and by you in each place that you stand and go.
Feel hopeful and happy knowing that
your Michael is faithful and loves you.
So let's have a beautiful Saturday noon
my sweet precious Kira and pray that it will
be so very soon that it will be in body and spirit,
I want you to be with me forever and ever
because Kira I love you and you truly are so very beautiful.
