A Broken Love - Poem by Taylor B. Mark

Plunge your knife,
Deep in to my heart,
Slice my neck straight apart,
Make my life a living hell,
Just pull the trigger,
Hit my bell,
Make my head ring,
Make my heart stop,
My Jugular ripped,
My stomach flipped,
Just leave,
And kill me,
Because I'll never be good enough,
I'll never be what you need,
I'll always be just another mouth to feed,
Just know deep down inside,
You give me pride,
I love you,
and until the day the world comes to the bitter end,
my heart will learn to mend,
my mind will learn to flex,
to every change in difference we have,
or atleast - it would have,
But you see,
The one difference,
Our relationship lies in your hands,
you Want out,
you Can go,
I'll be dead,
and i doubt you'll ever dread,
the day you left.
You want to stay,
I will sacrifice,
Just for your sake.
