A Cloud In The Silver Lining Poem by Unnikrishnan Sivasankara Menon

A Cloud In The Silver Lining

Rating: 5.0

When you see a silver lining in the sky
just look for the dark cloud
that it encircles, ready to break
into a thunderous shower.

Weeps itself into nothingness!

Cloud that dissolves into thin air
But would flaunt a happy smile
A rainbow of smiles
hidden behind a gust of tears.

Hi Nayanika, This is how life is. Your poem Pain, as I have pointed out on your page, is an exquisite piece of poetry. I have posted a line of comment on your page. But over time, the lines i had posted as my comment on your poem developed into this little poem, and I thought it fit to post on ph. Ever so obliged! ! !
