Renee Thirteen

A Death - Poem by Renee Thirteen

Danger one doesn't see
Sounds one never hears
A death that could've been prevented
A lost that shouldn't have been

Lying in the ground
A corpse rests forever
Too young to be a woman
To old to be a child

Her womb
A child laid still
His mother unaware
His father unknown
