A Journey (Sometime After Nine,30 3rd 2006) - Poem by very lost

My legs are gone
the brain is next
I am about to become
a holy vegetable

Enlightened banana!

Down
Comes
The resonant
sounds
of
the beat

Sunlit voice of
irridescence
Rocking on a wave

I am in the harbour
below a solitary
gull

Rivers open wide to
a horizon I want to
roll off from

In behind the
couch of consciousness

Its warm &
unknown

Am I being born
or
regressing to an
untossed seed in the
farmers
sack?

Still further
back
beyond
that
to when they
made th
sack
that clothed the
back
of the first
black
thought of creation
as
it
retracted its
petals of wild
space nettles

A finger over
the keyhole as I'm
being kept
afloat by the
buouy of
my pen

The mirror straightens the mind

And you climb
out of your egg
on unbalanced
linbs
trying to point
the finger at
HIM
Who gave you death
