A Measure Of Love - Poem by Daniel Lloyd Kennedy
Love is measured, in many ways,
But never to the extent, that it portrays,
My love for you, has no bounds,
Like the sands, on a beach are found.
Love doth grow, with every event,
Like night and day, the Lord has sent,
You see it grows, when all else doth fail,
Like the winds, in a full blown sail.
My love for you, it has no measure,
My love for you, is a long lost treasure,
T'was given me, by the one true God,
To hold forever, like an Iron Rod.
