A Million Dream Poem by Micheal Bello

A Million Dream

Rating: 1.0

'A million dreams'

There is a world
I can see afar
It's of different robes
I can sense it
My eyebrows twitched again
I wasn't walking on my two legs
But I could walk in my dream
What!
What the hell was that?
Was that really me
I stirred up from the blanket
Gasped
Peered into the dark
Slip my gaze towards the entrance
It was just a dream
That night
I made up my mind
To give it a try
Again
It snatched again into my nightmare
Again with both legs
I unwrap it upon my neck
The night was beautiful
With stars and prideful colours
And
The blue skies
Crouching behind the rainbow
The sky wore a sea robe
And a morale of milky white
The light flickered
Illuminating the beings again
It stayed as a flight
The drums of a new dawn
I saw it as my eyes flew open
It is morning
As it travelled down
The path of the curtains
My eyes open slightly
Have i lost it
No here
I found it
I will adore it
I can just be
A drive off shackles
Tear the clothes
Off lies and absurdity
It is my duty
How many days
or weeks will that takes
It was heavy but magnanimous
A real concern
There are too many stars in the sky
Where are yours
Are they adorned with leaves and flowers
Stones that have no qualms for spark can still shine
Chant to the dead stones
Find the desire
Awake them
Sail them down to the sky
Where all stars shine brightly in the sky
You have your own skies to yourself
For you own your own world
Be it up or down
You are your own world
We may own the larger part
But
Remember the sky does not belong only to the sun
All have their rulling hours at which they shine
A glitch of darkness might hike the night
But all days have their turning point
From light to darkness
Where Serenity bask ease
We may be a source of energy where all tap from
Never look down on your peers that you are better
Consider all of them valid
The stones are many with many parts left out
Sight them
Find them
Tomorrow
Their light might be what you need
When you become dim
Some are flowers of beauty and serenity
Some are waters to help others germinate
Some are stones to build many dreams into mansions
We all are not created to attain the same purpose
We are all beautiful and greatly adorn
See your dreams and fight for it
