'A Mother's Hurting Heart' Comments

Rating: 2.2
I had my heart truly broken today
By a man I call, “My Son.”
I knew when I talked with him
He wasn’t poking fun.

He drove those hurtful words in deep Deep into my open loving mother’s heart. Did he know what damage he was inflicting? I think he knew it from the start. i will give the burden up to God.......... that is a beautiful sentence in this whole poem...... all our hurts we shall give into the hands of God...... only then we are comforted.... thank you dear poetess. tony

We often get disappointed by our children as we often disappointed our parents..caught up in their world...struggling with making meaning of it...they often get side-tracked especially males...who by virtue of their gender....maturate possibly by the age of forty....if they are in the upper percentile....still shower him with love....and one day....he shall realize the abundance
