    Ben Furrows his Brow

Ben Gieske’s at it once again
    Ladling from his verbal fountain
    Whether humor or surreality
A poetic treat we'll surely see.

    Looking forward to the celebration
    Will be there without hesitation,
    Opps, just saw the date,
Looks like I am a little too late!

    Broken-winged failings in Chicago?
She looked like a million dollars
    How could I forget?
    In her softness redeemed
    When heated arguments in Spanish
For years I couldn't let her go it seems
Taking one another to new vistas of perception
    The sea turned bitter
    The world's cold
    Fiscal control
    Rothschild family
Presiding over the yang energy of money
Exuberance in my soul like Balzac prose
Amateurs remain mediocre can't take it to another
    Parabola
Life is lush at the banquet
    Was travelling with my friend
But even the greatest of friendships
can turn sour in the end
Make my way through the world
    Career development
    People coming into my life
    The anthologies are written
Dreaming of the time when I can visit the Orient
When Falun Gong practitioners are no longer murdered
    Launderette makeovers in culture
Like highly extreme constant thoughts in control
    Hectic
Hold up the banner within the manor
A glory like St Georges day
    A trip to Stone Henge
    Restless my heart working through
    Travel guides
    The picture painted all vivid
    My body light and breezy
